The year is 1947. She is sitting at the railway station waiting for her husband who promised he'll arrive on a train from Lahore. Unaware that her husband was killed on the Lahore station and all she does is wait at the crossways.

The whole photographic series is shot during a single afternoon but shows events
that may have occurred in a day, several days or several years of waiting.
